All orders should be placed by 4:00 PM CST to be sent out that day. Orders received after that time will be placed on the following business day.
The Dogtra Return Policy allows the return of defective units 30 days from the time your client takes possession of the collar. These defective units can be shipped back to That’s My Dog! Inc. 1619 State Rd. 11 Hazel Green, WI 53811. Please notify us prior to shipping the defective unit and we will have a replacement unit shipped to you. Units beyond the 30 day warranty period should be returned to the Dogtra Company via the client. Dogtra can be contacted at (888)811-9111.
